Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Managers / Sales Managers from lending, BFSI, and fintech backgrounds. The role focuses on building channel partnerships, driving home loan sales, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard potential DSAs and channel partners from the open market
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Provide day-to-day operational support to channel network
Drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics
Ensure smooth file login and faster loan processing
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
Job Requirements
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good written and verbal communication
Prior experience in NBFC/DSA, preferably in Home Loans / LAP
Own conveyance and strong local market network preferred
Fluency in regional language is an added advantage
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
