Generate business through field visits and DSA / Channel Partners

Maintain and ensure minimum 5 active channel partners in the field

Source, generate and convert leads into disbursements

Handle complete loan cycle (login to disbursements

Build strong market relationships with brokers & connectors

Achieve monthly targets consistently
