Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential markets and regions for dealer/distributor expansion.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new distributors and channel partners.
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, referrals, and industry networks.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective distributors.
Evaluate and screen prospects based on business potential, financial stability, and infrastructure.
Draft and finalize agreements, terms, and business models for dealerships.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and documentation.
Support appointed distributors with initial setup, marketing materials, and sales training.
Work closely with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations post-onboarding.
Achieve assigned KPIs related to distributor acquisition and territory development.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or dealer onboarding.
Prior experience in lubricants, automotive products, or FMCG sector preferred.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
