We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our leadership team as a Business Development Officer (Principal Consultant Level) who can drive client success, business growth, and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and relationship management.

• Drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic consulting.

• Manage and oversee consulting projects for key clients.

• Design and implement business process improvements and transformation initiatives.

• Lead HR transformation and organizational development projects.

• Govern, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Ensure timely execution and successful completion of client deliverables.

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop business strategies.

• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

• Monitor project performance, compliance, and quality standards.

• Provide expert consulting and advisory support to clients.

Required Qualifications

• MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, PGDM, or other Business/Management-related degrees.

• 6–10+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Development, HR Transformation, Operations, or Strategic Management.

• Proven experience managing client relationships and consulting engagements.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
