Field Sales Business Development Officer

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist + Sourcing Executive who can identify the right prospects, initiate communication through email and LinkedIn, and support our global expansion strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and building new business connections.

*Key Responsibilities*

Identity and qualify potential prospects from existing databases and external sources.

Identify the correct decision-makers through company website research and search engines.

Verify the relevance of prospects using criteria such as industry segment, geography, company size, product needs, etc.

Draft, & send professional outreach emails to connect with prospects or to prospective clients.

Use LinkedIn to find decision makers and initiate engagement (connection requests, personalized messages, follow-ups).

Share relevant content, value propositions, and mutual connections to strengthen outreach conversions.

Update and maintain accurate prospect details in CRM or the internal database.

Track outreach progress, responses, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.

Provide weekly reports on lead generation and communication outcomes.

Work with the internal sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.

Provide insights and feedback on lead quality, outreach effectiveness, and market trends.

*Skills & Requirements *

Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

1 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, SDR, or sales support preferred (Freshers can apply)

Strong communication skills written and verbal

Experience with professional email outreach

Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach

Excellent online research capability (search engines, company websites)

Good understanding of lead qualification and database management

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
