Job Purpose:
To drive the sales of Health Membership Plans by executing community outreach, engaging local partnerships, and creating visibility for the plans outside of clinic premises. This is a field-based role focused on generating leads and converting them into memberships through effective relationship-building and promotional efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and engage with potential customers in residential societies, local businesses, schools, and community centers.
- Conduct door-to-door campaigns, organize health talks, and participate in community events to promote One Health memberships.
2. Partnership Development
- Build and manage relationships with RWAs, resident influencers, and local organizations to generate bulk or referral-based sales.
- Coordinate with on-ground partners for regular outreach activities and health engagement programs, coordinating onsite corporate health checks.
3. Sales Execution
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent fieldwork and lead conversions.
- Pitch the One Health Membership Plan effectively, addressing customer queries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
4. Branding & Visibility
- Implement marketing campaigns in catchment areas—standees, banners, stalls, to increase awareness.
- Represent the brand in local health and wellness initiatives.
5. Reporting & Market Insights
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions using CRM or reporting tools.
- Share field-level insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, healthcare marketing, or community outreach preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or membership-based sales is an advantage
