Job Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking,
and outreach.
● Conduct field sales visitsto engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and
present suitable solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
● Develop and execute strategic sales and business expansion plansto increase revenue
and market presence.
● Collaborate with the marketing and product development teamsto align sales strategies
with company objectives.
● Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
● Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business
strategies.
● Prepare reports on business development activities, sales progress, and potential growth
areas.
Key Performance Indicators(KPIs):
● Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
● Client Acquisition: Secure a minimum number of new clients per quarter.
● Field Visits: Conduct a set number of field visits and client meetings per month.
● Lead Conversion Rate: Convert a specified percentage of leads into successful deals.
● Customer Retention Rate: Maintain long-term client relationships and achieve repeat
business.
