Job Title: BDO / Site Manager Job Location: Project Site Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Description: We are looking for an active and responsible BDO / Site Manager to be present at the site and handle walk-in customers. Roles & Responsibilities: Be available at the site during office hours (10 AM – 6 PM) Attend walk-in customers at the site Explain project details clearly to customers Coordinate with TC Team to bring customers to the site Ensure proper customer handling and follow-up Assist customers during booking process Booking & Incentives Structure: Customer booking amount: ₹1000 ₹500 incentive for BDO ₹500 to Office Eligibility: Basic communication skills Interest in real estate / sales field Responsible and punctual Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply) Salary &
