About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field within the hospitality sector. The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new corporate clients and partnerships for our service apartments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and a passion for building successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients and business accounts in Hyderabad for long-term and short-term stays.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, including IT companies, multinational corporations, and other businesses with employee travel needs.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.

• Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

• Collaborate with the Relationship Management and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition of new clients and a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Preferred to Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
