Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential financial advisors (agents) from various sources.

• Train, motivate, and develop agents to achieve sales targets.

• Drive business through team of advisors by conducting joint field visits.

• Generate new business and ensure customer retention through excellent service.

• Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Manage and monitor performance of advisors using sales tools and reporting systems.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.

• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
