Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to drive growth through field sales activities in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the banking or insurance sector, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities

• Generate leads and convert them into sales for banking/insurance products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners

• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activity

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Explain product features, benefits, and policies clearly to customers

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Banking or Insurance industry

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

• Good understanding of local market and customer behavior in Bikaner

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
