Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales and customer acquisition in Kurukshetra and Mohan Nagar. The candidate should have strong experience in field sales, lead generation, and relationship building, preferably in the Banking or Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales activities, market visits, and referrals

• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local market partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

• Explain products/services to customers and ensure smooth onboarding

• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline updates

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales (mandatory)

• Experience in Banking / Insurance / NBFC will be preferred

• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of local market in Kurukshetra / Mohan Nagar

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
