Job Title: Business Development Manager – CSC Project

Location: Districts across Himachal Pradesh (Shimla, Solan, Sirmour, Una, Kangra, Palampur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Mandi, Kullu)
Reports to: Zonal Head / Project Supervisor
Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The BDM will drive student lead generation through CSC VLEs, ensure smooth coordination between field teams and counsellors, and support local outreach and enrolment efforts for Shoolini University programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage student leads via VLEs

Train and support VLEs in login and lead submission

Share leads with counsellors and follow up for conversions

Coordinate with CSC Zonal Managers and internal teams

Maintain MIS records and submit regular reports

Promote university programs via field marketing tools

Requirements:

Graduate with 2+ years in sales,Insurance,Banking, Education, or outreach

Strong communication and field coordination skills

Familiarity with CSC ecosystem is a plus

Willingness to travel locally

Must Have Their Own Conveyance and Laptop.
