Drive new‐chit sales, coach 3–5 Business Development Officers (BDOs) and 1 Tele-caller, and ensure monthly booking & first-due collection targets are met.
- Achieve monthly targets booking quota through own pipeline + BDO team.
- Recruit, train and activate BDOs within 30 days of hire.
- Conduct daily morning huddles; track funnel on CRM / Excel.
- Joint field visits with BDOs (min. 3 per week).
- Resolve first-time customer issues; secure 3-month installment continuity.
- Submit weekly MIS to Branch Manager; flag high-risk groups.
