Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our advertising solutions to B2B clients, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate data within our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Actively pitch and promote the company’s advertising solutions to B2B clients.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to convert prospects into clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs and propose suitable advertising solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Handle client queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure client satisfaction.
3. CRM & Reporting
Update and maintain client information, lead status, and sales activities in CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the management team.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain a structured sales workflow.
4. Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of advertising solutions.
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders for product improvements and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or advertising solutions (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
