Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Surat
Key Responsibilities:
•Generate new leads through calls, networking, references, and online platforms.
•Understand client requirements and pitch relevant HR and consulting solutions.
•Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
•Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
•Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
•Work with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/HR (preferred).
•1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or HR services (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
•Confidence in client-facing conversations.
•Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
•Basic knowledge of HR services/consulting will be an advantage.
