Job Description

Drive Sales Through DSAs: Engage with existing DSAs to drive sales of financial products.

• Build and Strengthen Relationships:

Generate referrals through relationship-building and incentive programs.

• Onboard New DSAs: Expand the DSA network by identifying and onboarding new partners.

• Sales Performance Tracking: Track sales metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targets. • Conduct Engagement Activities: Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions with DSAs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support DSA campaigns.
