We’re on the lookout for a self-driven BDM to expand our client base and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in wedding, real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

• Pitch photography/videography services for events, branding shoots, reels, product videos, and more.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, agencies, and vendors.

• Collaborate with the creative team to customize service offerings based on client needs.

• Manage lead generation, client meetings, proposals, quotations, and closures.

• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

• Meet monthly revenue and growth targets.

• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development or sales (preferably in creative/media industry).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Passion for photography, videography, or visual storytelling is a big plus.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.

• Fluent in English and Hindi; regional languages are a bonus.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
