Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, residential projects, and interior works.
Build relationships with builders, architects, real estate developers, and property consultants.
Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry events, and referrals.
Meet potential clients and present company services, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with the technical and project teams for project requirements and execution planning.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and business proposals.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and convert them into projects.
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming real estate developments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of construction services, interiors, or real estate market
Ability to generate leads and close deals
Good networking ability with builders, architects, and developers
Understanding of project costing and proposal preparation
