Generate business through the advisor network.
Lead, manage, and support a team of advisors.
Motivate advisors to achieve their sales targets.
Provide regular training, coaching, and guidance to improve performance.
Generate leads through open market activities.
Conduct field work to recruit advisors, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Two-wheeler is mandatory, as the role involves extensive field visits.
Advisors/team members will be employed on an off-roll, commission-based model.
You will be employed on-roll with the company and will receive a fixed salary, along with incentives and allowances based on performance.
