Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic professional to drive our lead generation, handle client communication, and assist in customer conversions. This role combines business development, digital communication, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
Identify potential clients via online platforms, directories, and industry databases
Maintain and update the lead database regularly
Social Media Management
Post and manage content on company profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Collaborate with the design team for creatives
Respond to basic inquiries and engage with followers
Customer Email Communication
Send introductory, quotation, and follow-up emails
Maintain organized email records for each lead or client
Customer Calling
Make and attend calls to understand customer needs and explain offerings
Follow call scripts and log conversations for future reference
Quotation Submission
Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare and submit quotations
Ensure quotations are shared on time and followed up
Email Follow-Ups
Schedule and send follow-up emails for pending responses or documents
Keep track of all customer communications
Lead Handholding
Assist interested leads throughout their decision-making process
Share brochures, product info, or case studies as needed
Lead Conversion
Convert nurtured leads into confirmed customers
Record reasons for conversion or drop-off to improve future performance
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English)
Confidence in handling client calls and emails
Basic Excel and Gmail/Outlook knowledge
Organized and proactive follow-up ability
Friendly and convincing personality
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Interest in tech, RFID, software, or digital services
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
What We Offer:
Fixed salary between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
