Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Agency Channel team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients in industrial areas to generate and qualify leads.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify high-potential leads
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share feedback with the management.
Organize and participate in product demos, roadshows, and local exhibitions.
Work closely with the marketing team to run local campaigns.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
Leadership and decision-making ability
Monthly team performance bonuses
Building trust with retailers, distributors, and end-customers to drive long-term loyalty.
