Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2C sales and client acquisition.
Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
