Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Manager who has deep knowledge of digital marketing services and strong sales/convincing skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic pitching and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads for digital marketing services

• Pitch relevant services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Branding, and Lead Generation

• Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing

• Collaborate with the internal digital marketing team for client delivery

• Maintain a pipeline in CRM and report on weekly progress

• Handle client follow-ups, presentations, and negotiation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or sales in an agency setup

• Proven track record of closing B2B or B2C deals

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Confident, target-driven, and persuasive

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
