We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Manager who has deep knowledge of digital marketing services and strong sales/convincing skills. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic pitching and closing.
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads for digital marketing services
Pitch relevant services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Branding, and Lead Generation
Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closing
Collaborate with the internal digital marketing team for client delivery
Maintain a pipeline in CRM and report on weekly progress
Handle client follow-ups, presentations, and negotiation
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or sales in an agency setup
Proven track record of closing B2B or B2C deals
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Confident, target-driven, and persuasive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
