We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the diamond/jewellery industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in field sales, B2B marketing, and client relationship management with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B business development in the diamond/jewellery sector.

• Conduct field sales visits to meet clients, distributors, and partners.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

• Explore new markets and expand customer base.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

• Report regularly on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond/jewellery sales.

• Proven track record in field sales & B2B marketing.

• Strong industry knowledge and excellent communication & negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
