We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

• Generate quality leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Present and pitch company products/services to key decision-makers

• Negotiate and close deals independently

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communication in CRM

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of B2B business development or corporate sales experience

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

• Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred
