Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Work effectively on provided leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

 Prepare and present sales proposals by gaining a strong understanding of the products

and pricing structure.

 Make a minimum of 80 effective calls daily, including cold calls, to generate new

business opportunities.

 Meet monthly sales and collection targets as assigned.

 Build and maintain a strong customer base of at least 500 clients to ensure long-term

growth and performance consistency.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong communication and persuasive skills.

 Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

 Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM usage.

 Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and performance orientation.
