BDM (Business Development Manager)

Department: Business Development / Sales

Work Mode: Work From Home & Office Both

🎯 Job Objective

हमारी संस्था के लिए ऐसे BDM की आवश्यकता है जिसे Franchise Sales, B2B Sales या Business Development का अच्छा अनुभव हो और जो नए Business Partners, Education Institutes तथा Franchise Associates को जोड़ने में सक्षम हो।

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Education sector में नए Franchise Partners / Business Associates की पहचान करना।

- Franchise sales और B2B business development के लिए leads generate करना।

- Potential clients/partners से कॉल, मीटिंग और follow-up के माध्यम से business develop करना।

- Franchise model, company services और business opportunities को prospective partners को समझाना।

- New franchise/association opportunities को convert करना।

- B2B clients और education institutes के साथ professional relationship maintain करना।

- Sales targets achieve करना और regular sales reporting करना।

- Market research करके नए business opportunities identify करना।

- Sales team के साथ coordinate करके lead conversion बढ़ाना।

- Existing partners के साथ relationship management और follow-up करना।

निम्न में से किसी क्षेत्र का अनुभव रखने वाले candidates को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी:

- Franchise Sales / Franchise Development

- B2B Sales

- Business Development

- Education Institute / Education Sector

- Channel Partner / Business Associate Development

विशेष प्राथमिकता: ऐसे candidates जिन्होंने पहले Franchise Sale / Franchise Development का काम किया हो और B2B clients या business partners को successfully onboard किया हो।

🎓 Qualification

- Graduate / Post Graduate preferred

- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred but not mandatory

- अच्छे communication और negotiation skills आवश्यक।
