📍 Locations: Telangana | Andhra Pradesh | Maharashtra | Karnataka | Odisha | West Bengal
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Candidates must have only Traditional Plan Sales experience.
❌ ULIP Sales experience will not be considered.
💼 Designation: Agency Channel
💰 CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Graduation
👨💼 Experience Required: 2+ years in Agency Channel
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agency Channel – Life Insurance
✅ Candidates must have achieved ₹40 Lakhs+ Traditional Insurance Annual Premium
✅ Only Traditional Insurance Sales experience will be considered
❌ ULIP Sales experience will not be considered
Job Description (JD):
🔹 Recruit, train, and manage Agency/Insurance Advisors
🔹 Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve business targets
🔹 Focus on selling Traditional Life Insurance products
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to improve productivity
🔹 Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to enhance results
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
🔹 Conduct regular field visits and support agents in business development
