• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct field visits and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
