Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)Location: Noida, IndiaRole Type: Client Acquisition & Business GrowthRole & Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Understand client requirements and recommend product solutions.Drive sales through field visits, campaigns, and digital marketing performance.Coordinate with technical/product teams for client delivery.Achieve sales targets and report performance to management.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a technical or related industry.Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of digital channels (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) preferred.Strong business aptitude with a target-driven approach.Eligibility:Male candidates only with a valid driving license.Must be open to both office and field work.Candidates with technical or similar field experience preferred.Immediate joiners preferred (urgent hiring).
