Job Overview: We are looking for a highly aggressive and target-driven Business Development Manager who will be completely involved in hardcore field sales. The candidate must visit construction companies, builders, contractors, infrastructure firms, and project offices daily to generate new business.This is a pure on-ground sales role and requires daily travel within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Conduct 3–5 face-to-face meetings daily with construction companies andcontractors.
•Visit construction offices and project sites for direct pitching.
•Generate leads through cold visits and market networking.
•Promote and sell MachanX consultancy and recruitment services.
•Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
•Maintain strong follow-ups with clients.
•Submit daily sales and meeting reports.
•Develop strong on-ground market presence.
Skills and Qualifications:
•4–7 years of hardcore field sales experience (B2B mandatory).
•Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or industrial sales preferred.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
•Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
•Comfortable with daily travel and field movement.
•Ability to handle rejection and convert cold leads.
