Business Development Manager - Field Sales (Solar)

Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

At Solanova, we are on a mission to make clean and affordable solar energy accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Field Sales BDM who can drive solar rooftop sales, build local partnerships, and help us grow in Gorakhpur.

What you will do:

• Generate and convert leads for solar rooftop projects

• Meet customers, do site visits, and close deals

• Build strong local market presence and partner network

• Achieve sales targets and grow with us

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years in field/B2C/B2B sales (solar/energy/ electrical preferred)

• Great communication skills in Hindi & English

• Self driven, target focused, comfortable with fieldwork

• Local market knowledge is a big plus

• Two wheeler & smartphone required
