Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Agency Channel team. As an Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of life insurance advisors to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors

• Provide training and mentoring to advisors on sales techniques and product knowledge

• Drive business through the advisor network to achieve sales targets

• Monitor advisor performance and ensure compliance with company standards

• Build strong relationships with customers and advisors to enhance business outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Goal-driven and self-motivated

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
