Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors

• Provide training and mentoring to advisors on sales techniques and product knowledge

• Drive business through the advisor network to achieve sales targets

• Monitor advisor performance and ensure compliance with company standards

• Build strong relationships with customers and advisors to enhance business outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Goal-driven and self-motivated
