• Recruit, onboard, and train individual insurance agents.

• Drive sales through the agency network to achieve assigned targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents for sustained business growth.

• Conduct regular meetings, motivate agents, and support them with product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

• Monitor agent performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Participate in sales promotion activities, business development events, and campaigns.
