Job Description:
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of life insurance advisors. Drive business through them by motivating and supporting to achieve sales targets. Focus on increasing insurance penetration and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop insurance advisors.

• Train advisors on product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through the advisor channel.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure policy renewals.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred (insurance/banking/financial sector).

• Strong communication and team management skills.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
