Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual . The role involves recruiting, training, and developing a team of life insurance advisors to drive business growth through sales of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents

• Train and develop agents to improve performance and compliance

• Drive sales targets through a team of agents

• Monitor agent activity and ensure high levels of productivity

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain service standards

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1 Yrsto 2 years in sales or insurance (freshers with strong communication may apply)

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
