Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Defence Channel team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing life insurance business from the Defence segment, including Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Defence personnel and institutions (e.g., Army Cantonments, Naval bases, etc.)

• Generate life insurance business through direct sales and lead conversion.

• Organize financial literacy camps and presentations for Defence units.

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads generated through various activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issuance and servicing of policies.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
