Business Development Manager

Core responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a business strategy, identify new markets, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Lead generation: Find and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, which includes nurturing key accounts and meeting with potential clients.

• Sales and negotiation: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, negotiating contracts, and generating revenue.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to optimize lead generation and ensure products and services meet client needs.

• Reporting and analysis: Monitor business performance using key metrics and provide status reports on goals. 

Required skills
