JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation:  Business Development Manager

Department: Sales

CTC: up to 6 LPA + Allowances + Incentives

Role and Responsibilities:

·         Visit IVF Labs, Hospitals and Gynecologist for IVF consumable / Device / Equipment / specialty products

·         Plan and schedule customer calls and visit customers as per planned and targeted call frequency

·         Develop new customers and generate sales

·         Strong follow ups on order booking, new requirements and payment collection

·         Ensure to promote complete product mix

·         Handle customer complaints and communicate with seniors and provide solution

·         Retain existing customers and take references

·         Plan and schedule tours for maximum area coverage

·         Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually

·         previous experience in sales and marketing of medical devices and consumable are big plus

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and marketing of medical devices / consumable/ Pharma

·         Graduate from Science, Pharma or Engineering stream

·         Good in communication for both verbal / written with negotiation skills.

·         Ready to travel throughout the state

·         Go-getter attitude with minimum supervision

·         This is an individual contributor role and positions primary responsibility is to achieve new sales revenues for the company.
