Drive business development and achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and market mapping.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate insurance advisors/agents to improve productivity.
Guide the sales team on product knowledge, customer needs, sales techniques, and business strategies.
Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable life insurance plans based on financial goals and protection needs.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Generate business through various sales channels, including agency, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Focus on customer retention, renewals, persistency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business performance to senior management.
