Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Business Development Manager for a field-based B2B role. The position involves managing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients in the sugar plant sector.
This is not a target-based role and does not involve new lead generation or sales pressure. The primary focus is client coordination, meetings, and relationship management
.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to assigned Sugar Plants.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
Conduct client meetings for product discussions, order follow-ups, and coordination.
Handle client communication and resolve queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth execution.
Provide technical product explanations during meetings.
Submit daily visit and meeting reports.
