Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and research abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in the specific industry (e.g., IT, manufacturing, FMCG, real estate, etc.).
Understanding of sales funnels and lead-generation strategies.
