Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Visit schools, colleges, institutes, and education partners for tie-ups
Conduct field visits, seminars, roadshows, and promotional activities
Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career options
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions and channel partners
Follow up on leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain daily activity reports, MIS, and CRM updates
Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and onboarding
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements
Graduation is mandatory (Post-graduation preferred)
1–5 years of experience in field sales (education sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to handle student & parent counselling confidently
