The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new SMEs, promoting financial services from our sister companies, and building strong client relationships. SME Registration:
Identify, approach, and onboard small and medium enterprises for CA, CS, and compliance-related services.
Cross-Selling:
Promote and sell insurance and mutual fund products offered by our sister companies to SMEs and individual clients.
Business Development:
Design and implement strategies to expand the client base across all companies within the group.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and service retention.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for SME registrations and cross-selling financial services.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
Experience:
0–1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or related sectors.
