Job Detail: Franchisee Sales Manager

1. Job Role & Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Company ke franchise model ke liye potential leads ko identify karna aur unhe convert karna.
Investor Pitching: Potential franchisees ko business model, ROI (Return on Investment), aur brand value samjhana.
Site Selection: Franchise outlet ke liye sahi location identify karne mein madad karna.
Onboarding: Agreement signing se lekar setup tak ka poora process manage karna.

2. Key Requirements

Experience: Sales ya Business Development mein 2-5 saal ka Experience (Franchise sales ka purana experience).
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation skills, aur local market ki acchi samajh.
Education: Graduate

3. Suggested Salary Range

Variables: High incentives on every successful franchise closure.
