About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Present business proposals, conduct client meetings, and deliver sales pitches.
• Follow up with leads, manage negotiations, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and manage long-term client relationships.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA preferred).
