🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – B2B Corporate Sales | Logistics & Warehousing
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Field Role)
🕒 Experience: 3–4 Years
Our client is a fast-growing company in Air Cooler Rental & Sales Solutions and is looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to expand its B2B corporate presence across Warehousing, Logistics, E-commerce, and Industrial sectors across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new B2B and institutional clients across logistics, warehouses, factories, and corporate establishments
• Build strategic partnerships with 4PL companies and logistics partners (Supply Side – FTL / PTL)
• Meet 3–4 potential clients daily and generate new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with warehousing companies, ecommerce companies, logistics providers, and industrial clients
• Promote air cooler rental and sales solutions for large commercial and industrial spaces
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and deal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
✔ 3–4 years experience in B2B / Institutional / Corporate Sales
✔ Experience in logistics, warehousing, ecommerce, or industrial sales preferred
✔ Strong networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills
✔ Comfortable with field sales and daily client meetings
✔ Self-driven and target-oriented personality
📌 Note: This is primarily a field-based role, with office presence in Faridabad only when required.
