Job Description

Property Sourcing & Site Identification

  • Identify suitable properties for expansion (commercial, retail, office, warehouse, or industry-specific).

  • Conduct site visits, evaluate location viability, footfall, accessibility, zoning, and market potential.

  • Build a pipeline of properties across target regions.

  • Work closely with brokers, developers, landowners, and real estate consultants to source opportunities.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities to support company growth.

  • Develop strategic plans for market entry and network expansion.

  • Conduct competitor mapping and area potential analysis.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and agents on pricing, lease terms, and commercial agreements.

  • Support drafting of LOIs, MOUs, and final agreements.

 

  • Ensure deals are completed within budget and timelines.

Due Diligence & Coordination

  • Coordinate with legal, technical, finance, and project teams for property evaluations.

  • Facilitate title verification, compliance checks, and documentation review.

  • Ensure all regulatory, zoning, and local authority norms are met.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, IPCs, and municipal bodies.

  • Attend industry meetups and networking events to expand sourcing channels.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain an updated MIS for property leads, site evaluations, and deal progress.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.

  • Ensure accurate documentation for all site-related activities.
