We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our teaM. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
🧭 Business Development & Market Expansion
• Identify potential customers, new projects, and untapped markets across healthcare,
hospitality, institutional, and government sectors.
• Research market databases, online portals, networking platforms, and build a pipeline
of qualified leads.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings for brand exposure and contact
generation.
🧭 Influencer & Client Engagement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, fire consultants, PMCs, and
tendering authorities to get Tufwud products specified.
• Pitch product capabilities using tailored presentations, brochures, and demo kits.
• Conduct technical and commercial presentations as per segment: Hospitals, Hotels,
Builders, Government, etc.
🧭 Proposal & Negotiation Support
• Prepare and present high-quality proposals, quotations, and follow-ups in coordination
with internal teams.
• Support pricing negotiations and assist in commercial closure (handover to Sales Head
where required).
• Help maintain compliance documents, samples, brochures needed for institutional
approvals.
🧭 Cross-Team Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, factory, and installation teams for timely
response to leads.
• Monitor lead journey from Enquiry → Pitch → Quote → Order, and flag bottlenecks.
• Support pre-order execution readiness and smooth customer onboarding.
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in Engineering, Architecture, or Business (MBA preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B project sales or business development in construction,
interiors, or building materials
• Familiarity with institutional tendering, architecture networks, or channel development is
a plus
